Ladies in the Galveston area are invited to join me for a community wide Ladies Self Defense Seminar. Self Defense techniques are 90% mental. In this class we will discuss the Cooper Color Codes, the ABC's of Self Defense, and how to keep MY SAFETY FIRST.
