The eyes, ears, nose, throat, and groin are five highly sensitive areas that leaves every attacker vulnerable.

Eyes... Use your thumbs to push in and scrape outward. Other fingers can be used to jab the eyes straight back.

Ears... Slapping your attacker's ears simultaneously can cause confusion and disorientation, creating an opportunity to escape.

Nose... Striking the nose upward or downward with your palm can break the attacker's nose, creating an opportunity to escape.

Throat... Jabbing two fingers into the throat below the Adam's Apple is a very painful defense capable of disrupting breathing. Using the purlicue of your hand (area between thumb and fore finger) to strike an opponent's throat is also an effective defense.

Groin... Striking the attacker's groin with your foot, knee, or an open palm causes severe pain and creates a chance to escape an attack.

These targets are always vulnerable areas on the attacker, creating an opportunity to use your 7 weapons to open an escape route. Striking these areas can inflict severe damage and should only be done in a life threatening situation.
